猪圆环病毒2型套式PCR检测方法的建立及应用

根据GenBank登录的猪圆环病毒 2型 (PCV2 )的全基因组序列 ,设计了 2对引物 ,建立了检测PCV2的套式PCR方法。对该方法用序列分析、酶切等方法进行了鉴定。同时用该套式PCR方法对华南地区 2 87个猪场的 15 6 0份样品进行了检测 ,结果 ,983份为PCV2阳性 ,阳性率为6 3%。     

Kündigungsverzicht des Mieters bei unbefristetem Mietvertrag

Die analoge Anwendung des § 29 Abs 2 MRG auch auf unbefristete Mietvertr?ge, in denen der Mieter einen Kündigungsverzicht erkl?rt hat, würde bedeuten, die Zul?ssigkeit bzw Wirksamkeit eines Kündigungsverzichts des Mieters überhaupt zu verneinen. Dies w?re aber eine Abkehr von der bisherigen Rsp, die einen derartigen Kündigungsverzicht – von wem immer er auch abgegeben wurde – als wirksam erachtet.     

Political accountability,fiscal conditions and local government performance—cross‐sectional evidence from Indonesia

Why are some local governments more successful than others in managing resources and delivering services? And even more vitally, how can malfunctioning governments be reformed so that they perform their responsibilities more effectively? This article contributes to our understanding of theses overarching questions by exploring the interactions between political institutions and public sector performance in the context of decentralisation and local governance. It shows–both theoretically and empirically–that performance outcomes are determined by the extent to which people can hold their governments accountable through political institutions. The basic hypothesis underlying this research is that political accountability, either by encouraging sanctions upon non‐compliant public agents or simply by reducing the informational gap regarding government activities, will create forceful incentives for elected officials and civil servants to reduce opportunistic behaviour and improve performance. Using a cross‐sectional regression the hypothesis is empirically tested against evidence from newly empowered local governments in Indonesia. The empirical findings broadly support our hypotheses. Improved public services on the ground, both in terms of quantity and quality, require informed and well functioning decision‐making processes that allocate resources to priority areas that meet the demand of the broader community. 益化清解方对2型糖尿病大鼠炎性分子网络的影响

[HT5K]目的:观察益化清解方对2型糖尿病（T2DM）大鼠炎性分子网络调控的影响。方法:复制T2DM大鼠模型,治疗组用益化清解方中药灌胃,并与模型组、二甲双胍组及正常组作对照。分别在给药前和给药第15,30天检测T2DM大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子 α（TNF α）、白介素6(IL 6）、高敏C 反应蛋白（hsCRP）、脂联素(Adiponectin,Adp)、瘦素(leptin）水平,探讨其变化与空腹血糖（FBG）、血清胰岛素（FINS）及胰岛素敏感性指数（ISI）的关系;并检测各组大鼠脂肪组织脂联素及骨骼肌组织脂联素受体R1 Mrna表达水平,探讨Adp、Adp受体与这些因素之间的关系。结果:益化清解方能显著降低T2DM大鼠血糖、血脂、C反应蛋白等水平,并提高胰岛素敏感性,改善糖尿病大鼠的脂肪组织Adp Mrna表达水平。结论:益化清解方对糖、脂双调节的作用可能是通过增加胰岛素敏感性而实现的,其与改善糖尿病大鼠的脂肪组织Adp Mrna表达相关.     

H9N2亚型禽流感病毒聚合酶基因的克隆及序列分析

采用RT-PCR方法对1株H9N2亚型禽流感病毒Ck/GS/2/99株RNA聚合酶基因PB2、PB1和PA分别进行了扩增,将其克隆到pGEM-T easy载体后进行序列测定与分析。结果表明,该株病毒的PB2、PB1和PA基因开放阅读框(ORF)分别由2280、2274和2 151个碱基组成,分别编码759、757和716个氨基酸。经同源性与系统发生树分析,该毒株RNA聚合酶基因PB2、PB1和PA与Ck/NX/4/99株的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性均在98%以上,另外这3个基因与Dk/HK/Y280/97、Sw/HK/9/98和Qu/HK/NT/28/99株的关系密切。     

Genetic polymorphism at 15 tetrameric short tandem repeat loci in four aboriginal tribal populations of Bengal

POPULATIONS: This study reports the genetic polymorphism observed at 15 short tandem repeat loci D3S1358, TH01, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820, D16S539, CSF1PO, vWA, D8S1179, TPOX, D2S1338, D19S433, and FGA in four aboriginal populations of Bengal. The analysis was performed to decipher the suitability of CODIS as well as six other highly polymorphic and unlinked markers in Forensic Testing. Studied populations include four tribes: Karmali, Kora, Maheli, and Lodha.

中国—东盟的全面经济合作,是应经济全球化而产生的国际区域合作的又一新的成果,其“合作框架协议”是最基本的法制依据。而我国南方九省区加上香港、澳门两地的“泛珠三角区域合作”则是在一个国家之内,“一国两制”之下不同省区横向合作的机制创新,它不仅受到了国际区域经济合作创新的启示,而且顺应了整个社会区域整体发展的潮流。本文将在二者的实施框架机制方面进行一定的比较,欲为“泛珠三角区域合作”的法制建构献可替否。     

H2O2诱导PC12细胞凋亡前后miRNA的变化及探讨

目的用微小RNA(miRNA)基因芯片技术检测H2O2诱导凋亡的PC12细胞和正常PC12细胞miR-NA的表达谱差异。方法分别以不同浓度的H2O2处理PC12细胞12h,用MTT和流式细胞仪检测处理后细胞的生长活力和凋亡情况;分别提取A(0浓度H2O2处理组)和B(400nmol/LH2O2处理组)PC12细胞的miRNA做miRNA基因芯片检测。结果以A组作为对照,30、50、100、200、400nmol/L的H2O2处理的PC12细胞生存率分别为(92±9.80)%、(90±14.70)%、(80±13.85)%、(54±12.33)%、(22±7.35)%(P<0.01);0、30、50、100、200和400nmol/L的H2O2处理的PC12细胞早期凋亡率分别为2.6%、5.2%、7.2%、10.4%、16.6%、72.2%;在样品A中共筛选出68个有效表达的miRNA分子数据,在样品B中筛选出46个有效表达的miRNA分子数据,两者样品中均检测到有效表达的miRNA分子有39个,其中与样品A相比,在样品B中显著性下调表达的有6个。结论为脑缺血再灌注损伤中神经细胞凋亡的机制和治疗的研究提供了理论依据和新的研究思路。
